Bridget Williamson

Bridget Williamson is the Head of Finance at Recoding America, where she builds and leads the organization’s financial strategy, planning, and operations functions. In this role, she partners closely with the leadership team to provide financial insights and to help translate strategy to implementation.

Most recently, Bridget served as Vice President of Finance at Arnold Ventures, a multi-billion dollar philanthropy, where she built and led the organization’s finance function for grantmaking. In that role, she developed organization-wide budgeting frameworks, financial policies, and due diligence processes to support strategic investments. She helped structure and evaluate complex, multi-year initiatives, bringing greater clarity to cost, risk, and impact across the organization’s portfolio.

Earlier in her career, Bridget held roles in corporate and energy banking, where she underwrote and structured large-scale credit facilities and managed substantial asset portfolios. She holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Southern Methodist University and lives in Houston, Texas with her husband and two daughters.
